This is the third in a series of 8-week retreats that will cover the first six of the seven phases as presented in this most elaborate of all Düdjom Lingpa’s pure visionary teachings on the Great Perfection. The oral transmission and commentary of the seventh phase will eventually be granted only to those individuals who have gained a firm, experiential foundation in the first six.

You can register for this online retreat at any time if you have participated in the 2020 and 2021 8-week retreats, and you can register for the 2020 8-week retreat here, and the 2021 8-week retreat here. Online Zoom Forum: An Evening with B. Alan Wallace, Ph.D. Toward a Renaissance in Contemplative Inquiry within the World’s Religions.

Date: January 27, 2022
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am

Join B. Alan Wallace, Ph.D., 27 January 2022 for this online Zoom forum sponsored by the Edinburgh International Centre for Spirituality and Peace.

Event Description: Over the past several millennia, contemplatives in the world’s religions have made many discoveries about human identity, the inner sources of genuine well-being, the mind, and its role in nature; but with the rise of modern science, much of this knowledge has been forgotten. The many challenges humanity faces today stem from such ignorance—so now, more than ever before, the world is in urgent need of a renaissance in open-minded, rigorous, contemplative inquiry. B. Alan Wallace will speak on how such a contemplative renaissance might actually be catalyzed in the years to come.
